Fisher DVC6200 Electrical Valve Positioner Features
Fisher DVC6200 series digital valve controller. Adds instrumentation with connectionless, contactless feedback technology. It is specifically designed for applications where strong vibration, severe corrosion, or material entrapment exists. This connectionless, contactless feedback technology increases reliability by eliminating wear and tear on the connections.
Common Valve Positioner - Fisher Fisher DVC6200 Field Installation and Commissioning Instructions:
Step 1: Connect the Rosemount 475 hand manipulator
Enter the interface, select HART;
2, select ONLINE after enter;
3、If there is an alarm signal, select YES and enter;
4、Online drop-down menu select configure (configuration) and press enter;
5、Press enter after selecting calibration menu;
6, select auto calibration;
7, warning menu select out of service;
8, select CONTINUE after enter to select travel control;
9, the valve automatic calibration without operation, just wait until the following interface;
10、Automatic calibration completed OK key to confirm;
11, select OK;
12, modified to become in service state, the calibration is complete.
Step 2: DVC positioner feedback debugging instructions
1, in the configure (configuration) menu select manual setup;
2, select the mode protection will be in service to OUT OF service;
3, choose to change the meter mode;
4, select out of service. Enter and return;
5, warm reminder to choose OK;
6、Select outputs in manual setup to set the feedback of positioner;
7.Select output terminal;
Select the output terminal;
9, select enable and enter;
10, be sure to select send send after completing the feedback use setup. Remember to change the valve back to in service status.
Step 3: Positioner calibration button activation
1、Function activation under manual setup menu;
2, function activation select send send to complete the junction box since the trip calibration button settings;
3, press the debugging button 3-10 seconds seconds, the valve will automatically travel calibration valve will automatically travel calibration.
Step 4: Adjustment of sensitivity
If you find that the valve under the Fisher Valve Positioner has oscillation, or the valve action is too slow, can be improved by Tuning Set (simply understood as sensitivity) adjustment, click send send. C D E F G H I J K L M” can be selected, C valve response **** slow, M valve response **** fast, the faster the response is more likely to cause vibration.
Step 5: Instrument Mode Setting
In the positioner calibration in the positioner calibration, parameter adjustment, parameter adjustment, generally need to Instrument Mode set to Out Of Service (or Not In Service ) state, calibration, adjustment is completed must be put into In Service!
