01 Product Introduction
The TS700 series intelligent valve positioner is a device that receives a 4-20mA DC current signal from a current output device such as a control room or signal generator, proportionally adjusts the air supply pressure input to the valve actuator, and adjusts the valve opening. Powerful functions such as automatic setting, PID control, and HART communication can be achieved through the built-in central processing unit.
02 Features
Equipped with a fast and easy automatic setting of partial stroke test function (PST) with signal interruption (power outage, gas interruption) and position protection function. The product has a self diagnosis function of IP66/NEMA4X protection level, and is internally equipped with a filter element that can filter the air source. The protection of the internal piezoelectric valve adopts an external exhaust design, cutting off the air source from entering the body and preventing circuit board corrosion. In standby mode, the air consumption is close to zero, saving energy in the factory
